I have many favorite sf flicks. "Arrival," in my opinion, is the best. I was on the edge of my seat throughout the film because of the clever ways in which language and dialogue were used, and I was left with a lot to consider long after I had left the cinema. Another fan favorite is "Inception," which has a dream-within a dream plot. I would also be remiss if I did not mention "The Matrix." Its investigation of control and VR seems futuristic even though it was published over twenty years ago. Although "Her," Ex Machina and "Minority Report", remain Film Reviews among my top scifi movies, there's many others that I enjoy as well. These three films will be among my top-favorite films.
